| How
far in advance do I need to make a reservation? We recommend 24 hours in advance however do to the size of our fleet, at times we can accommodate with shorter notice. Back to Top |

Where do I meet
my chauffer at the airport? For pick-ups at O’Hare or Midway: First retrieve luggage, then call us at 1-800-863-1124 for the car to be dispatched to your terminal door. Back to Top |

What happens if my
flight is delayed? We monitor all flights arriving at O’Hare and Midway airports. As the estimated arrival time for your flight approaches, we update your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. Back to Top |
| What if my flight
has been cancelled? Please notify us if your flight has changed, so we can monitor your new flight arriving the airport. Back to Top |
| What is your
cancellation policy? Reservation must be cancelled one hour before pick-up. You will be charges for a cancellation fee if you do not call at least 1 hour prior to pick-up. Back to Top |
| Is there waiting time? If the driver is required to wait more than 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time you will be charged a dollar a minute after. Back to Top |

Do your rates vary based upon time of day or day of the week? There is a charge for any Pick-ups before 4:30 am. There is also a charge for any arrivals at the airport after 11:00 pm. Back to Top |

| What is standard gratuity? Standard gratuity is between 15 and 20 %. Back to Top |
| Do
you provide child safety seats for your vehicles? No, we do not provide child safety seats. Our vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are welcome to bring your own child seat. You cannot leave your child seat in the car while on your trip. Illinois livery insurance prohibits livery companies to provide or handle child seats and will refuse any claim incase of an accident if the strict polices are not followed. Back to Top |
